Singulares, a renowned strategic development Bcorp, is seeking a Commercial Leader to work in Puerto Varas and with international markets.

Position Objectives:

Responsible for developing commercial strategies to attract and retain clients in the Chilean market and generate leads abroad, promoting the consultancy’s recruitment and selection services. The main goal will be to create new business opportunities, close commercial deals, and ensure client satisfaction, contributing to the sustained growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential companies in the Chilean and international markets, generating business opportunities for recruitment and selection processes.
• Design and deliver commercial presentations that highlight the benefits and unique value propositions of the consultancy’s recruitment services.
• Develop tailored proposals for clients, manage negotiations, and effectively close commercial agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
• Achieve defined sales targets in terms of client acquisition, revenue, and closed contracts.
• Prepare reports on commercial activities, sales performance, and market analysis to propose improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B service sales, ideally in recruitment and selection processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Strong skills in Excel and commercial presentations.
• Interest or background in sustainability, B Corps, and social/environmental impact is a plus.
