Position Overview
A high-end spa and thermal center located in southern Chile is seeking a Senior Sales Executive, based in Santiago, to lead the commercial strategy, develop strategic alliances, and position the destination as a benchmark for wellness, relaxation, and natural tourism experiences.
We are looking for a professional with a solid track record in sales within the hospitality or tourism sector, capable of building trust, long-term relationships, and sustainable agreements with institutions, companies, and tour operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the commercial strategy. High proficiency in building, implementing, and monitoring sales funnels, with proven experience managing CRM systems. Manage the sales funnel: prospecting, follow-up, closing, and client retention.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of partnerships with schools, municipalities, companies, and tour operators.
- Present customized commercial proposals and experience packages for different segments (student trips, senior programs, corporate retreats, etc.).
- Represent the spa at meetings, trade shows, and industry events related to tourism and wellness. Availability to travel outside of Chile.
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the hospitality, tourism, or wellness industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the field (tour operators, institutions, municipalities, corporations).
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly autonomous, credible, and persistent professional with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Based in Santiago, with availability to travel within Chile.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems.
- Higher level of English.
