Our client, a well-established company in the aquaculture sector, is seeking a Corporate HR Deputy Manager to join their team in the Los Lagos Region.
Role objective
Design and implement people management strategies that positively impact cultural adaptation, integration, and the dynamics inherent to M&A processes.
Requirements
Education & experience
Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Psychology, or related disciplines), with proven experience supporting merger processes in a bridging and facilitation capacity.
Leadership & resilience
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and demanding environments while providing stability and support to teams and direct reports.
Strategic mindset
Broad organizational perspective, with the ability to provide guidance and direction in operations aimed at driving cultural transformation.
